Hi, I’m Jen!

I spent years as an HR leader inside organizations - building cultures where employees felt safe, managers felt supported, and owners felt confident that their people were being taken care of and their company was protected.

The work I loved most went beyond the policies and the compliance - though that work matters, and I do a lot of it. It was the moment someone felt heard, or a team stopped dreading Mondays, or a leader realized they didn’t have to choose between running a great business and being a great employer.

What I bring

More than 19 years of HR experience across professional services, tech, law, commercial real estate, property management, retail, distribution, veterinary medicine, and government. I’ve worked with early-stage startups and established multi-site organizations - and everything in between. My deepest experience is with the organization where HR has to be both strategic and hands-on at the same time, because there’s no one else to had it off to.

I’ve built People functions from scratch, led HR teams, implemented enterprise HRIS systems, navigated complex multi-state compliance, and served as a confidential thought partner to executives and founders on the decisions that carry real organizational risk.

I’m industry agnostic by design. I’ve seen what high-performing organizations do well regardless of sector, and I bring that perspective to every engagement.
