HR eLearning

Working with our delivery partner, Learn HR, we have developed a selection of successful HR courses which lead to a BTEC qualification.

The courses are aimed at anyone embarking on a career in HR, or for those incorporating HR responsibilities within other roles, such as Payroll and Administration. In addition our courses are ideal for line managers who need to understand practical employment law and management responsibilities.

The HR eLearning programme provides a broad overview of human resources, incorporating employment legislation and the practical management of people issues, all delivered online. It is structured to provide a practical understanding of all the core issues relating to an HR role.

Participants work in groups, tutored by experienced HR professionals who are accredited online tutors.

The course is a combination of online learning material, case studies and discussions with other delegates, plus group and individual tutor feedback. Assessment is via written assignments which are submitted and marked by the tutor.

The online approach allows a more relaxed pace which in turn allows pupils more opportunity to absorb the course material than in a conventional classroom environment. Please see the learnhr website for further details.
