Catalyst (HR) Limited was established in 1999. Founded by Christine Tebbutt, FCIPD, the company offers specialist advice and professional support on all matters relating to the management and development of people.

Combining extensive experience in the practical application of employment law, together with experience in management and training, the company offers both strategic advice and practical ‘hands-on’ assistance.
